Responsible to carry out mechanical maintenance activities. 2. To ensure 100% availability of the machines for production.Responsible to carry out mechanical maintenance activities for Steel Foundry DivisionPlanning & Maintaining of preventive maintenance schedule.Procuring spares & Special tool development in consultation with manufacturing engineering.Track machine down time of significant machines.Planning and execution of erection and commissioning of equipments & utilities. Take care emergency breakdown.Controlling down time Controlling cost. Ensure that the Machine down time is reduced as per the plan and ensure availability of equipments to production.
