The role involves creating design concepts and presentations, coordinating closely with Product Development (PD) and Merchandising teams, developing designs for international customers, and modifying designs based on buyer feedback and requirements.Responsibilities:Develop seasonal collections and new garment designs based on market and fashion trendsConceptualize and develop design themes, concepts, and presentationsDevelop designs aligned with international customer requirements and market trendsCoordinate with Product Development (PD) and Merchandising teams for design development and executionModify and refine designs based on buyer feedback, comments, and requirementsResearch and stay updated with fashion, garment, fabric, colour, styling, and seasonal trendsSelect and develop appropriate colour, fabric, styling,



and design concepts for collectionsPrepare and present design concepts and collections to internal teams and customers, as requiredEnsure designs are aligned with customer expectations, market requirements, and commercial considerationsCoordinate with relevant teams to ensure timely development and execution of designsQualifications:Bachelor's Degree (relevant field preferred)Experience:3–5 years of relevant experience in Fashion DesignExperience in developing garment designs for international customers preferredRequired Skills:Robust knowledge of garment design, fabrics, colour, styling, and fashion trendsStrong understanding of fashion trends and seasonal collection developmentExperience in developing designs for international customersAbility to develop creative and commercially relevant garment designsStrong design conceptualization and presentation skillsAbility to understand and incorporate buyer feedback and requirementsGood coordination skills with Product Development and Merchandising teamsStrong creative and visual senseGood communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to manage multiple design requirements and deliver within defined timelines
