We build immersive festivals, exhibitions, and live properties that people remember, including Van Gogh: An Immersive Story, Indian Sneaker Festival, and several major cultural and lifestyle events across India.About The RoleWe're looking for a Visual Designer who gets the visual language of events, music, and culture. You'll be designing across some of India's most exciting festival and experiential IPs, creating everything from stage visuals and event collateral to sponsor-compliant creatives, all while keeping the brand sharp and the energy intact.Key ResponsibilitiesDesign high-impact visuals for live events, festivals, and experiential IPs featuring top Indian and global artists, including posters, key art, stage graphics, and on-ground collateral.Work within brand and sponsor guidelines to ensure all creatives meet visual identity, logo placement, and tonality requirements.Produce platform-ready graphics for social media, event promotions, announcements,



and post-event content.Translate the atmosphere, energy, and emotion of live experiences into design that resonates with target audiences.Manage multiple event briefs under tight event-driven deadlines without compromising quality.RequirementsProven experience designing for events, festivals, live culture, or brand campaigns.Proficiency in the Adobe SuiteStrong understanding of brand identity and experience working within sponsor or client brand guidelines.A sharp eye for typography, composition, and visual aesthetics, especially in music, culture, and lifestyle contexts.Ability to juggle multiple projects and deliverables simultaneously under tight timelines.A portfolio demonstrating robust visual design, event, artist, or brand work preferred.What We OfferCompetitive salary with full flexibility of remote work.Work on high-profile cultural events and IPs alongside top Indian and global artists.A dynamic, relaxed team environment with high creative ownership.Compensation: ₹40,000/month
