Job descriptionABOUT THE ROLEWe're hiring a Manager Data, Analytics & AI to lead and execute data, analytics, and AI initiatives for a leading name in the renewable energy sector. You'll be on the payroll of Credenca, working full-time from the client's Mumbai office, acting as the key bridge between the Credenca team and the client owning solution design, project delivery, and team leadership end to end.This is a high-visibility leadership role for someone who combines solid technical depth (Microsoft/Azure ecosystem) with business acumen, stakeholder management, and hands-on team leadership.WORK DETAILSWork Location: Client office, Kurla, MumbaiWorking Days: 5 days a week + alternate SaturdaysSaturday Flexibility: Option to WFH on working Saturdays (6-hour day)Working Hours: 8 hours/day, general shiftTeam Size: Will lead a team of 810 membersCompensation: 22–27 LPA (all fixed, in-hand)Laptop: Candidates with their own laptop preferred; company-provided laptopavailable if neededKEY RESPONSIBILITIESLead Data, Analytics and AI projects from requirement gathering through deliveryAct as the primary bridge between the Credenca delivery team and client stakeholdersWork closely with business and technology stakeholders to identify opportunities and define solutionsDefine solution architecture, approach, and implementation roadmapPlan project scope, timelines, resources, and deliverablesLead, mentor, and manage a team of 8–10 across Data Engineering, Analytics, and AIIdentify and drive opportunities in AI, Gen AI, Analytics, and AutomationEnsure quality, timelines, and successful delivery of all projectsSupport identification and development of new Data,
