Job Summary The Senior Front-End Developer is responsible for designing and developing client-facing applications, ensuring a seamless and engaging user experience. This role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams, setting expectations, and prioritizing features throughout the development lifecycle while adhering to best practices in front-end development.Duties & ResponsibilitiesDevelopment of Client-Facing ApplicationsDesign and develop front-end applications by setting expectations and feature priorities.Determine design methodologies and toolsets to ensure efficient development.Conduct tests to validate application functionality, usability, and performance.Code Quality & StandardsFollow production, productivity, and quality standards to maintain high coding excellence.Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code.Performance OptimizationOptimize front-end performance to ensure fast loading times and smooth user interactions.Ensure applications are responsive and perform well across different devices and browsers.Communication & Process ImprovementWork closely with back-end developers and designers to enhance usability and ensure seamless integration.Adapt existing methods and procedures to create cutting-edge solutions to moderately complex problems.Identify opportunities for improving development processes and implementing best practices.Error Monitoring & Issue ResolutionContinuously monitor system performance and proactively identify potential errors.Implement necessary corrections in a timely manner to maintain system stability and reliability.Technical DocumentationPrepare and maintain clear, high-quality technical documentation per company standards to support development, maintenance, and knowledge sharing.Ensure documentation is accessible to relevant internal and external stakeholders.Communicate essential technical information effectively to ensure smooth collaboration.Mentorship & CollaborationSupport junior developers through code reviews, knowledge sharing, and best practices adoption.Cooperate with team members and other departments to align development efforts with business needs.Education & Experience5+ years of experience in software development with at least 3 years in front-end development.Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.Strong proficiency in modern front-end frameworks such as React or VueIn-depth understanding of the entire web development process (design, development, and deployment).Good knowledge of Agile and test-driven development methodologies.Excellent coding and digital development abilities.Strong documentation and communication skills.
