About The Job:

- We are looking for an experienced Windchill Oracle DBA with strong expertise in PTC Windchill Administration and Oracle Database Support.
- The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in administering Windchill environments Oracle database management troubleshooting performance tuning and supporting enterprise PLM applications.
Essential Job Functions:
- Administer maintain monitor and troubleshoot PTC Windchill environments.
- Manage Oracle Databases supporting Windchill applications.
- Develop troubleshoot and optimize SQL and PL/SQL queries scripts procedures and packages.
- Monitor Windchill Method Servers Background Queues Workflows and Application Services.
- Troubleshoot application database connectivity and performance-related issues.
- Perform Oracle database troubleshooting indexing analysis and query performance optimization.
- Support production and non-production environments.
- Execute scheduled maintenance patching upgrades backup validation and health checks.
- Participate in incident management root cause analysis and problem resolution activities.
- Collaborate with application infrastructure and support teams to ensure platform stability and performance.
- Monitor system availability database health application performance and capacity utilization.
- Maintain operational documentation SOPs knowledge articles and technical procedures.
- Support change management activities and deployment implementations.
