Cost Controller - Fibers Business

Experience

• 12-15 years of relevant Costing/Cost Controlling experience.

• Majority of experience should be in a manufacturing plant environment.

• 3 years of central/corporate costing experience will be an added advantage.

Key Responsibilities

• Own and manage the end-to-end costing process across multiple manufacturing sites.

• Handle month-end costing activities, cost closing, and reporting.

• Perform ad hoc cost analysis, variance analysis, and management reporting.

• Support costing operations across SAP and Infor ERP platforms. (Must have)

• Collaborate with plant, finance, and corporate stakeholders to drive cost visibility and optimization.

Mandatory Skills

• Solid expertise in manufacturing costing and cost accounting.

• Hands-on experience with SAP-based costing processes.

• Ability to independently manage end-to-end cost control activities across multiple sites.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with experience in complex manufacturing environments.

Preferred Skills

• Exposure to SAP is a must and/or Infor ERP systems.

• Experience supporting multiple plants/sites simultaneously.





• Centralized GCC/Shared Services costing experience preferred.

• Strong stakeholder management and business partnering capabilities.

Education Background

• Candidates with a CA/CMA qualification (no more than three attempts to clear the final examination) will be considered for this role.
