About the Role:

Are you a B.Tech or MBA fresher looking to start your professional career

We are looking for enthusiastic, organized, and motivated US HR Operations Executives to join our team. This role provides an excellent opportunity to learn US HR Operations, US IT Staffing processes, consultant onboarding, documentation, HR coordination, and employee support while working with an experienced team.

Freshers are welcome — no prior experience is required.

Key Responsibilities

- Assist with day-to-day US HR Operations activities.
- Support employee and consultant onboarding processes.
- Collect, verify, and maintain required documentation.
- Maintain accurate employee/consultant records and databases.
- Coordinate with candidates, consultants, and internal teams.
- Assist with background verification and employment documentation.
- Track onboarding activities and ensure timely completion.
- Prepare and maintain HR reports and documentation.
- Respond to HR-related queries and provide timely support.
- Update HR systems and maintain data accuracy.
- Follow company HR policies and procedures.
- Support the HR team with administrative and operational activities.

Required Skills





- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel and MS Office.
- Good organizational and time-management skills.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Good follow-up and coordination skills.
- Professional attitude and willingness to learn.
- Basic understanding of HR concepts is an advantage.
- Willingness to work in US shifts / night shifts.

Education & Eligibility

- B.Tech / B.E graduates – Freshers can apply.
- MBA / PGDM graduates – Freshers can apply.
- Candidates with 0–1 year experience can apply.
- MBA in HR / Finance / Operations is an advantage.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills preferred.
- Strong willingness to learn and build a career in HR Operations.
