erview The L3 Production Support Analyst is responsible for providing advanced technical and functional support for mission-critical trading, risk, payments, treasury, and capital markets applications. The role ensures system stability, rapid incident resolution, root cause analysis, and continuous improvement of production plat

forms. This position operates within a 24x7 support model and collaborates with development, infrastructure, business stakeholders, and external ve

ndors. Key Responsibi

- gement Act as Level 2/3 escalation point for high-severity (P1/P2) inci
- dents. Lead triage calls and drive resolution withi
- n SLA. Perform deep-dive troubleshooting across application, middleware, database, and infrastructure l
