Key Responsibilities:

- Deploy and oversee data center network infrastructure
- Offer L2/L3 troubleshooting and incident resolution
- Maintain and update Junos OS on Juniper devices
- Troubleshoot network reachability and configuration issues
- Manage EVPN-VXLAN and IP Fabric environments
- Handle escalations and critical incidents independently
- Collaborate with clients and OEMs to ensure high service standards
- EAectively manages the team and handles escalation issues.

Closely monitors CR and SR activities, tracks team schedules, and ensures all assigned tasks are completed on time.

Qualifications

- Hands-on experience with Juniper ACX, QFX, and EX series switches
- Proficiency in VLANs, STP/RSTP, ACLs, and firewall filters
- Knowledgeable in Junos OS upgrade procedures
- Deep understanding of routing protocols such as OSPF and BGP
- Experience in handling EVPN-VXLAN, IP Fabric Underlay, and Overlay networks
- Proficient in day-to-day data centre operations,



including DC/DR activities
- Ability to swiftly resolve issues with minimal supervision
- Skilled in managing escalations and high-severity incidents
- Willingness to work flexible schedule and rotational shifts
- Strong client and OEM stakeholder management abilities
- Proactive and solution-oriented approach
- JNCIP-DC and JNCIP-ENT Certification and Hands on practice
- Managing skills, team management and work progress report, weekly review meeting and daily standup calls.
- Candidates should possess strong Technical Support and Troubleshooting skills, with experience handling L3 or escalated issues in networking and security environments.
- Candidates should possess solid Analytical Skills to diagnose complex problems, perform root cause analysis, and recommend effective technical solutions.
- Candidates should possess excellent Customer Support and Customer Service abilities to manage client communications, set expectations, and maintain high satisfaction levels.
- Relevant skills such as expertise in routing, switching, firewalls, VPNs, and network security tools are highly beneficial.
- Industry certifications (e.G., CCNP, JNCIP, or equivalent) and experience with enterprise networking products and ticketing systems are preferred.
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills and the ability to work effectively in cross-functional technical teams.

Preferred/Optional Skills:** - JNCIS Enterprise Routing and switching certification - Advanced knowledge of data center technologies, encompassing overlay and underlay network infrastructure
