Our Corporate Communication function sits at the center of this journey, shaping narratives, enabling leadership communication, and building pride among stakeholders.

We are looking for a driven and detail-oriented communication professional to join our Corporate Communication team. This role offers the opportunity to work on high-impact, high-visibility communication initiatives that span leadership messaging, internal engagement, brand stewardship, and corporate storytelling.

Role Overview
n
This role is ideal for a communication professional who enjoys operating at the intersection of business, brand, and people: someone who takes pride in shaping narratives that reflect the scale, values, and ambition of Reliance.
n
As part of the Corporate Communications team, you will help translate business priorities into clear, compelling communication across platforms.
n
You will partner closely with business leaders, functional teams, designers, IT, and external agencies to ensure consistency, credibility, and excellence in everything that carries the Reliance name.
n
Key Responsibilities
n
Internal Communication & Storytelling
n
The candidate will ensure brand alignment, consistency, and quality in internal communication and corporate storytelling across all channels by:
n
n
- Planning and executing integrated internal communication campaigns for organization-wide and business-led initiatives.
n
- Developing, curating, and managing communication collaterals across formats including articles, emailers, presentations, videos, and digital assets.
n
- Identifying, researching, writing,
and editing stories for the monthly internal newsletter and other internal platforms.
n
- Producing long-form and short-form content on businesses, leaders, CSR initiatives, people stories, and organizational milestones.
n
- Conducting leadership interviews and convert complex inputs into clear, engaging narratives.
n
- Editing and proofreading content received from businesses and functions to ensure accuracy, tone, and brand alignment.
n
- Ensuring timely, end-to-end project management of communication deliverables across stakeholders.
n
- Maintaining and refreshing content on the Reliance intranet to keep information current and relevant.
n
n
Corporate Website Management
n
Our corporate website is accessed by media, investors, job seekers, students, and regulators. The candidate will:
n
n
- Partner with Corporate IT, Corporate Secretarial, and business teams to ensure the corporate website remains accurate, current, and compliant.
n
- Coordinate timely updates of financial and operational data, especially during quarterly results and post-AGM periods.
n
- Manage annual reviews of website pages, business fact sheets, and corporate content.
n
- Oversee addition of recent content aligned with business updates, leadership announcements, and strategic priorities.
n
- Coordinate periodic updates of corporate videos and visual assets.
n
n
Brand & Narrative Stewardship
n
The candidate will act as the custodian of Reliance's corporate brand, messaging, and narrative frameworks by:
n
n
- Supporting brand touchpoints such as the corporate brochure, office communication assets, hiring collaterals, and leadership-facing materials
n
- Reviewing and guiding with branding elements across functions,
including templates, presentations, logos, and imagery
n
- Supporting social media campaigns from concept development through execution, in collaboration with internal and external teams.
n
n
Leadership & Special Projects
n
n
- Draft talking points, briefs, concept notes, and key messages for senior leaders.
n
- Assist with external award submissions and recognition programs.
n
- Draft press releases and support external communication initiatives, as required.
n
- Contribute to special projects and other high-priority communication assignments.
n
n

- Ability to adapt content across formats and platforms (digital, print, long-form, short-form).

- 3 to 7 years of experience in internal communications.

Qualifications
n
n
- Formal education in Mass Communication, Media, Journalism, Humanities, or Liberal Art
n
- Familiarity with CMS or online publishing platforms.
n
- Working knowledge of established writing style guides is preferred.
