Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute social media strategies across Instagram, Facebook, You Tube, Linked In, X, Pinterest and emerging platforms.
Plan content calendars aligned with campaigns, product launches, festivals and retail promotions.
Manage and review reels, videos, stories, static creatives and social media copy.
Coordinate with creative agencies, production partners, influencers and internal teams.
Manage community engagement and brand conversations across platforms.
Track organic and paid social performance and translate analytics into actionable insights.
Plan and execute influencer/creator campaigns with measurable outcomes.




Leverage AI tools such as ChatGPT, Canva AI, Adobe Firefly and Cap Cut AI for content ideation and creative efficiency.

Qualifications
1–6 years of hands-on social media experience
2–3+ years managing a consumer brand or multi-brand portfolio
Solid understanding of social platforms, content formats, algorithms and analytics
Excellent copywriting and communication skills
Experience with Meta Business Suite, You Tube Studio and social media management tools
Working knowledge of AI-powered content tools
Experience in Media or Lifestyle sectors preferred
English & Tamil communication skills preferred
