Role Description Remote Role. Role involves design and development of mechanical components and assemblies, create detailed models and drawings using CAD tools, and iterate prototypes from concept through production.

Robotic Algorithm

Development. Working with sensor data.

Responsibilities include defining requirements, performing engineering analyses and calculations, and conducting testing and validation of mechanical systems. The role involves supporting manufacturing and suppliers with clear documentation, and managing small to medium-scale technical projects, timelines, and deliverables.

Qualifications

- Solid foundation in Mechanical Engineering with experience in mechanical system design and analysis.
- Proficiency in Machine Design, including component selection, tolerance analysis, and reliability considerations.
- Hands-on experience with Computer-Aided Design (CAD) tools for modeling, assemblies, and detailed drawings.




- Experience in Robotics systems and state estimation and manipulation algorithms. Knowledge of solving PDEs and ODEs.
- Experience in Research and Development (R&D;), including prototyping, experimentation, and data-driven iteration.
- Project Management skills for planning, tracking milestones, coordinating stakeholders, and delivering on schedule.
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Mechanical/Mechatronics Engineering.
- Familiarity with manufacturing processes, materials selection, and design for manufacturability is beneficial.
- Experience with testing methods, instrumentation, and failure analysis is an advantage.
- Clear written and verbal communication skills, and the ability to document designs and test results thoroughly.
