Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Relationship Manager role based in Kishangarh.

The Relationship

Manager will be responsible for managing and growing a portfolio of customers, including acquiring new clients and deepening relationships with existing ones. Daily activities include understanding customer needs, recommending suitable banking products, assisting with account opening and servicing, and ensuring timely resolution of queries and issues. The role involves coordinating with branch and operations teams, monitoring account activity, and supporting customers with digital banking and other services.

Manager is also expected to meet sales and service targets while maintaining high standards of compliance and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

- Ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships, with a focus on trust, service quality, and long-term engagement.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with a diverse customer base and internal teams.
- Basic knowledge of banking products and services, such as savings accounts, loans, deposits, and digital banking tools.
- Comfort with using technology and banking systems for customer servicing, documentation, and reporting.
- Results-oriented mindset, with the ability to work toward sales, cross-selling, and customer retention goals.
- Attention to detail and adherence to regulatory and internal compliance requirements in daily operations.
- Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, commerce, or a related field is preferred; prior experience in retail banking or financial services is an advantage.
- Ability to work on-site in Kishangarh, with flexibility to engage with customers during branch operating hours.
