Role Description The Relationship Associate role at Aditya Birla Sun Life Mutual Fund is a full time, in office position based in Sirsa. The role involves managing and strengthening relationships with investors, distributors, and other stakeholders, ensuring timely support and resolution of queries related to mutual fund investments.

The Relationship

Associate will explain product offerings, assist with transactions and documentation,



and provide guidance on investment options in line with company policies. Daily responsibilities include tracking client interactions, maintaining accurate records, supporting local sales and marketing initiatives, and coordinating with internal teams to deliver consistent service. The role also requires promoting investor education, adhering to regulatory and compliance guidelines, and contributing to business growth through effective relationship management.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess solid Business Relationship Management and Relationship Building skills to maintain and grow client and distributor connections.
- Candidates should possess effective Communication and Customer Service skills to handle queries, provide clear information, and deliver a positive investor experience.
- Candidates should possess solid Analytical Skills to understand client portfolios, interpret data, and support informed investment discussions.
- Relevant experience in financial services, mutual funds, or banking is beneficial.
- A bachelor’s degree in finance, commerce, business, or a related field is preferred.
- Proficiency in MS Office and basic CRM tools, along with the ability to work collaboratively with sales and operations teams, is advantageous.
- Awareness of SEBI and mutual fund industry regulations and fluency in local language(s) and English will be an added advantage.
