About the Role

n

We are looking for passionate and skilled Speech Therapists to join our clinical team across Pune, Mumbai, and Gurgaon. The role involves assessing, diagnosing, and providing evidence-based speech, language, communication, and swallowing therapy to children and adults.

Key Responsibilities

n

n
- Conduct speech, language, and communication assessments.
n
- Develop individualized therapy plans based on patient needs.
n
- Provide one-on-one therapy sessions and track patient progress.
n
- Maintain accurate clinical records and treatment documentation.
n
- Counsel and guide parents/caregivers regarding therapy and home-based activities.
n
- Coordinate with audiologists, ENT specialists, and other healthcare professionals.
n




- Ensure a patient-centric and professional clinical experience.
n

Requirements

n

n
- BASLP / MASLP / relevant qualification in Speech-Language Pathology.
n
- 0–5 years of relevant experience; freshers are welcome.
n
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
n
- Good clinical knowledge and a patient-focused approach.
n
- Ability to work independently as well as within a multidisciplinary team.
n
- Immediate joiners will be preferred.
