We are seeking an experienced Sr. Customer Solution Consultant with 8+ years of experience in

n

software development, AI solutions, and AWS cloud technologies to lead the successful delivery of

n

enterprise applications.

n

Key Responsibilities

n

1. Lead end-to-end delivery of software, cloud, and AI projects, ensuring on-time and high-quality

n

execution.

n

2. Collaborate with stakeholders to gather business requirements and translate them into scalable

n

technical solutions.

n

3. Drive solution architecture discussions and work closely with engineering teams to define

n

implementation approaches.

n

4. Manage Agile delivery, including sprint planning, backlog prioritisation, resource planning, and

n

release management.

n

5. Coordinate cross-functional teams comprising Engineering, QA, UI/UX, DevOps, Data, and AI

n

teams.

n

6. Lead the implementation of AI-powered solutions, including LLMs, RAG, semantic search, AI

n

agents, and intelligent automation.

n

7. Monitor project progress, manage risks, dependencies, budgets, and communicate status to

n

customers and leadership.

n

8. Oversee cloud-native application delivery on AWS,



ensuring scalability, security, performance,

n

reliability, and cost optimization.

n

9. Prepare technical proposals, solution estimates, Statements of Work (SoW), project roadmaps,

n

and architecture documentation.

n

10. Drive continuous improvement by adopting engineering best practices, DevOps, AI innovations,

n

and modern software delivery processes.

n

Required Skills

n

n
- 8+ years of experience in technical delivery, software engineering, or project delivery.
n
- Strong understanding of SDLC, Agile/Scrum, Microservices, REST APIs, Software Architecture,
n

n

and Solution Design.

n

• Experience delivering AI/ML and Generative AI solutions, including LLMs, RAG, Vector Search, AI

n

Agents, and intelligent automation.

n

n
- Solid knowledge of AWS Cloud services and cloud-native architecture.
n
- Experience with DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, Docker, Git, and Infrastructure as Code
n

n

(Terraform or CDK).

n

• Excellent stakeholder management, technical consulting, communication, estimation, and

n

problem-solving skills.
