Role Description The Quality Control Officer is a full-time, on-site role based in Vikasnagar. This position is responsible for performing routine and non-routine testing of raw materials, in-process samples, and finished products to ensure they meet predefined quality specifications. The role includes maintaining laboratory records, preparing reports, and documenting results in compliance with standard operating procedures and regulatory requirements.

The Quality Control

Officer collaborates with production and quality assurance teams to investigate deviations, support corrective actions, and assist in continuous improvement initiatives.



Daily tasks also involve calibrating and maintaining laboratory instruments, ensuring adherence to safety protocols, and participating in internal audits and inspections.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Quality Control and Quality Assurance skills, with experience in pharmaceutical or related regulated industries.
- Candidates should possess solid Analytical Skills, including data interpretation, problem-solving, and attention to detail in testing and documentation.
- Candidates should possess effective Communication skills to coordinate with cross-functional teams and clearly report findings and recommendations.
- Candidates should possess practical Laboratory Skills, including secure handling of chemicals, use of analytical instruments, and adherence to laboratory protocols.
- Relevant qualifications such as a diploma or degree in Pharmacy, Chemistry, Microbiology, or a related scientific field are preferred.
- Knowledge of regulatory standards (e.g., GMP, GLP) and experience with audit processes will be beneficial.
