We act as a transversal capability across the organization, delivering AI solutions, scaling reusable platforms, and ensuring secure, compliant, and sustainable AI adoption. /n Our projects span finance, supply chain, manufacturing, logistics, HR, health & safety, and enterprise functions, including document automation, forecasting, computer vision, predictive maintenance, optimization, and LLM powered assistants. /n /n Role Overview /n /n As a Python Backend Developer, you will be responsible for developing, enhancing, and supporting AI-enabled automation solutions. The role combines backend application development, workflow automation, and integration of AI/GenAI capabilities to improve business processes.

You will work closely with stakeholders to build scalable Python-based solutions, support AI-driven workflows, and contribute to continuous model improvement through feedback and monitoring mechanisms. /n /n Key Responsibilities /n /n

- Design, develop, and maintain Python-based applications and automation solutions

/n

- Build and support backend services, APIs, and workflow integrations

/n

- Develop and enhance AI-enabled business workflows and process automation solution.

/n

- Collaborate with business and technical teams to understand requirements and implement solutions

/n

- Support AI model feedback loops, monitoring, and continuous improvement initiatives

/n

- Troubleshoot, optimize, and maintain existing automation applications

/n

- Ensure code quality, reliability, performance, and maintainability through best development practices

/n

- Participate in solution design, testing, deployment,



and production support activities

/n

- Contribute to documentation, reusable components, and technical standards

/n /n /n Required Skills & Experience /n /n

- 3–4 years of experience in software development, automation, or backend application development

/n

- Strong hands-on experience in production-grade Python application development

/n

- Experience with at least one Python rest framework: FastAPI, Flask, or Django

/n

- Solid understanding of RESTful API design, integrations, and workflow-based application development

/n

- Familiarity with LLMs, AI APIs (OpenAI, Azure OpenAI, Anthropic), and prompt engineering techniques

/n

- Experience with databases: SQL (PostgreSQL, MySQL) and/or NoSQL (MongoDB, Redis)

/n

- Proficiency in version control (Git), debugging, testing (unit/integration), and code review practices

/n

- Ability to support AI-enabled workflow development and ongoing model feedback loops

/n

- Knowledge of software engineering best practices, debugging and testing.

/n

- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills

/n

- Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively within cross-functional teams

- Exposure to GenAI or Agentic AI solutions (e.g., LangChain, LangGraph, LlamaIndex, CrewAI)

- Basic understanding of CI/CD and DevOps practices
