Position Title: Project Manager

nRole Summary

nThe Project Manager is responsible for end‑to‑end project planning, execution, monitoring, control, and closure, ensuring timely delivery, quality compliance, safety adherence, and cost control. The role requires strong leadership, cross‑functional coordination, client management, and the ability to manage multiple teams and subcontractors.

nKey Responsibilities

nProject Planning & Initiation

n- Develop comprehensive project execution plans, schedules, and budgets.

n- Review engineering designs, BOQ, drawings, and technical specifications.

n- Identify project risks and prepare mitigation plans.

n- Coordinate with engineering, procurement, construction, and finance teams.

n

nProject Execution & Monitoring

n- Lead the execution of all project phases to meet timelines and quality standards.

n- Monitor progress using MSP/Primavera and ensure adherence to baseline schedules.

n- Conduct regular review meetings with site teams and contractors.

n- Resolve site bottlenecks and ensure smooth project flow.

n

nContractor & Resource Management

n- Finalize work packages, contractor scopes, and resource allocation.

n- Oversee contractor performance, productivity, and compliance.

n- Verify work measurements, certifications, and billing.

n

nQuality & Compliance

n- Ensure adherence to QAP, ITP, and company quality standards.

n- Conduct quality audits, inspections, and review NCRs with corrective actions.

n- Ensure compliance with technical specifications and statutory requirements.

n

nHealth, Safety & Environment (HSE)

n- Enforce HSE standards across site operations.

n- Ensure site safety plan implementation and regular audits.

n- Promote a strong safety culture through toolbox talks and training.

n





nCommercial & Cost Control

n- Manage project budgets, cash flow, and material consumption.

n- Identify cost‑saving opportunities and prevent cost overruns.

n- Support procurement in vendor finalization and technical evaluations.

nClient & Stakeholder Management

n- Act as the single point of contact for clients, consultants, and authorities.

n- Conduct progress review meetings and manage approvals.

n- Handle escalations and ensure high client satisfaction.

n

nReporting & Documentation

n- Prepare daily/weekly/monthly progress reports and MIS.

n- Maintain project documentation, contracts, and communication logs.

n- Support management with dashboards, presentations, and closure reports.

n

nRequired Qualifications & Skills

n

nEducational Qualification

n- Bachelor’s Degree in Civil/Electrical/Mechanical Engineering.

n- PMP / PRINCE2 certification preferred (optional).

n

nExperience

n- 10–20 years of experience in project management.

n- Experience in Solar EPC / Industrial / Infrastructure / Power projects.

n

nTechnical Skills

n- Expertise in MS Project or Primavera.

n- Solid understanding of engineering designs, drawings, and construction practices.

n- Knowledge of QA/QC standards, contracts, and safety norms.

n- Strong commercial and project costing knowledge.

n
