Role: Technical Program / Project Manager /n Domain: Travel / Airline (Passenger Service Systems - PSS) /n Experience: 12+ Years /n Location: Noida, Gurugram, Hyderabad, Pune /n Travel Requirement: Candidates must be willing to relocate and work onsite in Nairobi for approximately 10 months as part of the engagement. /n About the Role /n We are looking for an experienced Technical Program / Project Manager with a strong background in the Travel and Airline industry, particularly Passenger Service Systems (PSS). The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading large-scale transformation, implementation, integration, and modernization initiatives while managing stakeholder relationships, delivery governance, and cross-functional teams. /n Key Responsibilities /n /n

- Lead end-to-end delivery of Travel and Airline technology programs.

/n

- Manage project scope, schedules, budgets, risks, dependencies, and resource planning.

/n

- Work closely with airlines, business stakeholders, product teams, architects, and third-party vendors.

/n

- Drive implementation and enhancement initiatives related to Passenger Service Systems (PSS).

/n

- Coordinate multiple workstreams including Reservations, Inventory, Departure Control System (DCS), Loyalty, and Ancillary Services.

/n

- Establish project governance frameworks and ensure timely status reporting to senior leadership.

/n

- Manage program risks, issues, escalations, and mitigation plans.

/n

- Facilitate stakeholder meetings, steering committees, and executive reviews.

/n

- Ensure successful deployment, transition, and hypercare support activities.

/n

- Lead distributed teams across offshore, onsite, and client locations.

/n /n Required Skills & Experience /n /n





- 10+ years of experience in Project Management, Program Management, or Delivery Management.

/n

- Strong experience in Travel, Aviation, or Airline domain.

/n

- Hands-on exposure to Passenger Service Systems (PSS).

/n

- Experience managing complex integration and digital transformation programs.

/n

- Solid understanding of Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, and Hybrid delivery methodologies.

/n

- Expertise in project planning, budgeting, forecasting, risk management, and stakeholder communication.

/n

- Experience with JIRA, Confluence, MS Project, and reporting tools.

/n

- Excellent client-facing, leadership, negotiation, and communication skills.

/n

- Ability to manage multicultural teams and work in a highly dynamic environment.

/n /n Preferred Experience /n /n

- Experience working with airline platforms such as Amadeus, Sabre, Navitaire, or similar PSS solutions.

/n

- Exposure to airport operations, reservations, ticketing, check-in, departure control, and loyalty systems.

/n

- PMP, PRINCE2, Agile, SAFe, or Scrum certifications preferred.

/n

- Experience managing international programs and onsite customer engagement.

- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

- Master's degree or Project Management certifications will be an added advantage.
