- Lead programs and strategic initiatives from planning through execution.

- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery of key milestones.

- Track program progress,risks, issues, dependencies, and performance.

- Manage stakeholder communication and provide regular updates to leadership.

- Drive process improvements and ensure alignment with organizational objectives.

- Manage resources, timelines, and budgets as required.

- Proactively identify challenges and drive effective solutions.

nWhat We're LookingFor

- Bachelor's degreewith 5+ years of relevant experience, or Master's degree with 3+ years of relevant experience.

- Experience in program management, project management, operations, consulting, or a related field.
N
- Robust organizational, analytical, communication, and stakeholder-management skills.
N
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively across cross-functional teams.
N
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
N
- MBA or equivalent postgraduate qualification is preferred.
