Job Description:
Seeking a Drives & Control Systems Engineer to design, develop, and support advanced motion control, power conversion, and automation systems for rugged land-based platforms. Responsibilities include design and integration of motor drives, servo systems, power electronics, control loops (current, velocity, and position), embedded control algorithms, and system-level power management. The role involves control system modeling, stability analysis, bandwidth optimization, sensor fusion, fault diagnostics, EMI/EMC compliance, and validation testing. Candidates should have experience with BLDC/PMSM motor control, CAN/Ethernet communications, MATLAB/Simulink, and real-time control systems. Solid analytical, troubleshooting, and system integration skills are essential, along with the ability to support qualification, field trials, and product lifecycle activities.
