Were looking for a ServiceNow SOMT Developer to implement and support order orchestration and fulfilment solutions for telecom/CSP clients on the ServiceNow platform.
Keyresponsbility:
Configure and customize Service Order Management workflows for order decomposition orchestration and fulfilment.
Build and maintain order plans task orchestration and integration with network/inventory systems.
Develop custom Business Rules Script Includes and Flow Designer workflows for order processing.
Integrate SOMT with CPQ CLM billing and OSS/BSS systems.
Troubleshoot order fallout exceptions and performance issues.
Collaborate with Product Network Operations and Telecom domain teams to translate business requirements into system configurations.
Required Skills
Hands-on experience with ServiceNow Service Order Management (SOM) especially in Telecommunications (SOMT) context.
Robust knowledge of JavaScript Glide API and ServiceNow scripting.
Understanding of telecom order lifecycle product/service decomposition and fulfillment orchestration.
Experience integrating with OSS/BSS network inventory and provisioning systems.
Familiarity with ServiceNow Telecommunications Media & Technology (TMT) industry solutions.
ServiceNow CSA/CAD certification preferred.
