Job DescriptionDesignation :Executive cum IT support 3- 6 Years Experience BCA /MCA / BSc CS /BTech /Mtech Kochi- Max 7-8lpa We're looking for a technology-driven professional to support our DMS and SFA platforms, ensuring productive sales operations and business continuity. Key Responsibilities · Manage and support day-to-day DMS operations. · Onboard distributors and ensure seamless transaction processing. · Monitor SFA (Bizom) and Tally ERP/TallyPrime integrations. · Troubleshoot integration issues and resolve distributor queries. · Validate sales, inventory, returns, and master data. · Generate MIS reports and business insights. · Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize system performance. What We're Looking For Mandatory Requirements · 3+ years of experience in IT Operations, Application Support, ERP Support, or DMS/SFA Administration. · Hands-on experience with any Sales Force Automation (SFA) application. · Strong working knowledge of Tally ERP/ TallyPrime, Tally integrations, and TDL. · Understanding of Distributor Management Systems (DMS) and FMCG sales processes.
ERP:



SAP or Similar ERP Experience FMCG workflows across Supply Chain, Inventory, and Sales modules.
Application Support and Management – Secondary Sales (Bizom /FieldAssist /Recibo or any other)*
Business Analysis Experience -
Requirements Gathering: Collect system improvement requests from warehouse, logistics, and sales operations teams.
Functional Specifications: Translate business needs into functional technical specifications for ERP configuration.
Testing & Validation: Coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for system upgrades, patch releases, and custom reports.
Data Integrity: Monitor master data workflows within the ERP to ensure accuracy in pricing, SKUs, and vendor data.
Change Management: Train end-users on recent ERP features, creating easy user manuals and process guides.
