Job Description

COMPLY is the worlds leading aggregator of financial and regulatory data to support compliance. Our mission is to help financial institutions meet their regulatory obligations with confidence, clarity, and speed. We ingest, process, and enrich vast volumes of complex, high-variance data from hundreds of brokers, data providers and other sources of information across the US and beyond. The scale, diversity, and importance of this data creates unique technical challenges and opportunities for innovative engineers.

Sales Enablement Associate:





Core Responsibilities:
Coordinate enablement program logistics training sessions, workshops, onboarding.
Maintain enablement content in a content repository tool, including tagging and version control.
Support Salesforce and Gong administration from an enablement perspective.
Track participation and completion data; support adoption/engagement reporting.

Key Requirements & Experience:
23 years in sales enablement, sales operations, or a coordination role.
Familiarity with Salesforce, Gong, and a content repository tool, or willingness to learn.
Solid organization and written communication skills.
Comfortable managing multiple priorities cross-functionally.

AI-fluent comfortable using AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Claude, Copilot) to speed up day-to-day work, and eager to keep pace with recent tools as they emerge.
