Role Description The Procurement Officer role is a full-time, on-site position based in Gurugram. This role is responsible for managing end-to-end procurement activities, including sourcing suppliers, requesting quotations, and issuing purchase orders in line with company policies and project requirements.

The Procurement

Officer will evaluate vendor performance, support contract negotiation, and maintain accurate records of pricing, delivery terms, and inventory levels. Day-to-day tasks include coordinating with internal stakeholders to understand material and service needs,



monitoring timelines to ensure on-time delivery, and identifying cost-saving opportunities without compromising quality. The role also involves analyzing procurement data, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations, and contributing to continuous improvement of procurement processes.

Qualifications

- Solid proficiency in Procurement and Purchasing, with experience managing end-to-end buying cycles.
- Ability to handle Purchase Orders, including creation, tracking, and reconciliation with invoices and deliveries.
- Experience in Contract Negotiation, including reviewing terms, managing vendor relationships, and aligning agreements with company objectives.
- Demonstrated Analytical Skills for evaluating bids, assessing cost-benefit scenarios, and generating procurement reports.
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Engineering, or a related field.
- Knowledge of procurement software or ERP systems and proficiency in MS Excel and other office tools.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work cross-functionally and manage multiple priorities.
- Experience in manufacturing, cleantech, or industrial sectors is an advantage, along with familiarity with sustainability-focused procurement practices.
