/n Role: High Power PCB Design /n Experience: 5 to 8 Years /n Job Location: Pune /n Role Overview /n We are looking for a highly skilled PCB Design Engineer with strong expertise in Cadence Allegro and Altium Designer to lead and deliver complex PCB design activities. This role involves end-to-end PCB development, from concept through layout to manufacturing release, ensuring high-quality, reliable designs aligned with industry standards and stakeholder expectations. /n Key Responsibilities: /n 1. PCB Design & Layout Execution /n Perform high-Power, high-density PCB layout design using Cadence Allegro and Altium Designer /n Handle multi-layer PCB designs, including complex systems (power electronics, control boards, embedded systems) /n Execute component placement, routing, stack-up definition, and constraint-driven design /n 2.

Design

Quality & Compliance /n Ensure compliance with IPC standards (IPC-2221, IPC-7351, Class 2/3) /n Perform DFM, DFA, and DFT analysis to ensure manufacturability and reliability /n Conduct design reviews and validations before release /n 3. Constraint & Signal Integrity Management /n Define and implement: /n o Electrical constraints /n o Impedance control /n o Differential pair routing /n o Power integrity and signal integrity best practices /n 4. Cross-functional Collaboration /n Work with schematic, mechanical, manufacturing,



and test teams to ensure design feasibility /n Engage with suppliers and PCB fabricators for design optimization /n Support prototype builds, debugging, and issue resolution /n 5.

Tools & Technology Ownership /n Hands-on usage of: /n o Cadence Allegro PCB Designer /n o Altium Designer /n Work with: /n o Constraint Manager (Allegro) /n o Library management systems /n o Version control environments (Git/SVN/PLM systems) /n 6.

Data Management & Release /n Generate and validate: /n o Gerber files / ODB++ / IPC-2581 outputs /n o Fabrication & assembly drawings /n Ensure proper documentation, traceability, and version control /n Required Skills &
