We are looking for an experienced Predictive Analytics Lead to join our growing AI & Analytics team in Chennai.

This is a full-time, on-site opportunity for professionals who have strong hands-on expertise in Predictive Analytics, Machine Learning, Statistical Modeling, Bayesian Modeling, Market Mix Modeling, and Time Series Forecasting.

Location: Chennai, India

Work Mode: On-site – 5 Days a Week

What You'll Do

Develop, deploy, and optimize advanced Machine Learning and Predictive Analytics models. Apply statistical modeling and AI techniques to solve complex business problems. Build predictive solutions using Market Mix Modeling (MMM) and Bayesian Modeling. Work on Time Series Analysis and Forecasting problems.

Apply

Supervised, Unsupervised, and Reinforcement Learning techniques. Develop and deploy production-grade ML models using Py Torch and Torch Serve. Perform data analysis, feature engineering, model evaluation, and optimization. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into scalable AI/ML solutions.

BE/BTech preferred. What We're Looking For

5–12 years of relevant experience in Predictive Analytics, Data Science, or Machine Learning. Strong hands-on experience developing and deploying ML models for business applications. Practical experience with MMM, Bayesian Modeling, forecasting, and statistical techniques.

Experience with Torch Serve or similar model-serving frameworks. Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities. Excellent communication and conversational intelligence. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, cooperative environment. Employment gaps may be considered based on the overall candidate profile.
