Role Description This is an on-site internship role for a Personal Assistant based in the Pune Division.

The Personal

Assistant will support day-to-day administrative activities, including managing schedules, maintaining diaries, organizing meetings, and handling basic clerical tasks. The role involves coordinating communications, preparing simple reports or notes, and assisting with documentation related to ongoing film projects. The intern will also help with travel arrangements, follow-ups, and general office support to ensure smooth operations for studio leadership.



This position is designed to provide exposure to production and distribution workflows while building strong organizational and communication skills.

Qualifications

- Personal Assistance and Executive Administrative Assistance skills, with the ability to support studio leadership in daily tasks.
- Strong Communication and Diary Management skills for coordinating schedules, meetings, and timely follow-ups.
- Clerical Skills, including basic documentation, record-keeping, and familiarity with office tools.
- Organizational and time-management abilities, with attention to detail and reliability in handling confidential information.
- Proficiency in common productivity software (email, spreadsheets, word processing); familiarity with media or entertainment industry is an advantage.
- Comfort working in office in a dynamic, fast-paced environment and willingness to learn from production and distribution teams.
- Educational background in any field; coursework or interest in media, arts, or communications is beneficial.
