Role Summary /n We are looking for an experienced Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) & Oracle Fusion HCM – L3 Support Engineer to manage, support, troubleshoot, and optimize enterprise Oracle Cloud environments and Oracle Fusion applications. The ideal candidate should possess solid hands-on expertise in OCI administration, cloud networking, Oracle virtual machines, infrastructure support, monitoring, security, backup and disaster recovery, and Oracle Fusion HCM support operations. /n /n The role requires strong experience in production support, incident management, troubleshooting, performance optimization, and coordination with Oracle support teams for critical issue resolution. /n /n Key Responsibilities /n - Manage and support Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) environments including tenancy setup, compartments, IAM policies, governance, and access management. /n - Configure, administer, and troubleshoot OCI networking components including VCNs, Subnets, Route Tables, Security Lists, NSGs, Load Balancers, VPN Connectivity, and FastConnect. /n - Deploy, manage, monitor, and troubleshoot Oracle Compute instances and virtual machines. /n - Monitor OCI infrastructure performance, storage utilization, system health, alerts, and logs proactively. /n - Support backup, disaster recovery, patching, release management, and cloud security compliance activities. /n - Provide L3 support for Oracle Fusion HCM infrastructure and related cloud environments. /n - Support Oracle Fusion modules and integrations with focus on HCM, Costing, Security, Workflow configurations, and environment management. /n - Troubleshoot production issues, incidents, system outages, and performance bottlenecks across OCI and Oracle Fusion environments. /n - Coordinate with Oracle Support teams for Service Request (SR) management and critical issue resolution. /n - Support environment refreshes, patch validation, release activities, and infrastructure optimization initiatives. /n - Perform Root Cause Analysis (RCA) for recurring issues and implement preventive measures.



/n - Maintain technical documentation including SOPs, support runbooks, and architecture documentation. /n - Work closely with internal stakeholders, HR systems teams, vendors, and cross-functional teams. /n - Participate in cloud migration, enhancement, modernization, and optimization projects. /n - Ensure adherence to IT security standards, governance policies, and compliance requirements. /n /n Must Have Skills /n - Strong hands-on experience with Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) /n - Experience managing OCI Compartments, IAM, Networking, Compute, Storage, Monitoring, and Logging /n - Strong understanding of OCI networking including VCNs, NSGs, VPN, Load Balancers, Route Tables, and Security Lists /n - Experience supporting Oracle Virtual Machines and compute infrastructure /n - Experience with backup, disaster recovery, patching, and infrastructure security /n - Strong experience in Oracle Fusion HCM infrastructure support /n - Experience in L3 production support and incident management /n - Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and performance optimization skills /n - Good understanding of TCP/IP, DNS, VPN, Firewall concepts, and cloud networking architecture /n - Experience coordinating with Oracle Support for SR management and issue resolution /n - Ability to work in fast-paced enterprise production environments /n - Good communication and stakeholder management skills /n - Experience in cloud migration and infrastructure modernization projects /n - Experience in enterprise governance, compliance, and cloud optimization initiatives /n /n Good to Have Skills /n - Understanding of Oracle Fusion HCM architecture and administration /n - Experience supporting Oracle Costing modules /n - Experience with Oracle Fusion integrations /n - Knowledge of Oracle Fusion security roles and workflow configurations /n - /n Experience Required /n - 6–10 years of overall IT experience /n - Minimum 6+ years of hands-on experience in Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) and Oracle Fusion support /n - Experience working in enterprise production environments with critical business applications
