Selected Intern's Day-to-day Responsibilities Include
- Manage the daily booking flow, including assignment, fulfillment, and completion tracking.
- Coordinate with service partners in real time regarding availability, routing, and escalations.
- Monitor service quality metrics, including arrival time, completion rate, and customer ratings.
- Handle operational edge cases such as delays, no-shows, and cancellations with speed and sound judgment.
- Identify and resolve operational bottlenecks before they become recurring issues.
- Develop SOPs and playbooks to make operational processes consistent, effective, and repeatable.
