Operations Executive — Fusion DigitalFusion Digital is looking for an experienced and responsible Operations Executive to manage end-to-end client operations and ensure smooth, timely and uninterrupted workflow.

Experience: Minimum 1 year

Salary: Up to ₹15,000/month

Location: Muzaffarpur, Bihar

Work Mode: On-site

Key Responsibilities

- Manage day-to-day operations for all Fusion Digital clients.
- Coordinate with the internal team to ensure all assigned work is completed on the same day.
- Plan and coordinate monthly 7 creatives/posts for every client in advance.
- Coordinate with Riya & Didi for timely execution and posting across required platforms.
- Monitor all active Meta Ads campaigns daily and take necessary corrective actions.
- Handle client calls, WhatsApp communication and operational queries.
- Coordinate payment follow-ups and maintain accurate payment status on the dashboard.
- Monitor client ad-fund status and ensure timely reminders.




- Ensure festival and special-event content is prepared well in advance.
- Maintain the client dashboard and daily operational records.
- Handle urgent client requirements on priority.
- Manage and coordinate work during staff absence so that client work never stops.
- Maintain complete transparency with management, team members and clients.
- Maintain proper records/proof of key client issues, complaints and client exits.

Important:This is an operations and coordination role. Sales/closing responsibility is not included. The ideal candidate should be responsible, organized, quick in communication, comfortable with Meta Ads and client handling, and capable of working independently with strong accountability.
