Role Description

Business Development Intern — B2C & B2B, on-site in Bangalore. You'll support business growth by:
Identifying potential clients and supporting lead generation
Conducting market research and analyzing customer segments
Maintaining records of outreach efforts
Preparing presentations and reports
Supporting customer communication under senior team guidance
Collaborating with sales & marketing to refine outreach strategy and improve customer experience





This role offers direct exposure to the fintech industry and hands-on learning in investment products and business development practices.

Role details
Type: 6-month internship, with conversion to full-time based on performance
Stipend: Fixed + performance incentive
Location: Bangalore, in-office | Monday–Saturday
Start: Immediate

Qualifications
Robust analytical skills — able to interpret market and customer data
Effective communication and customer-service skills
Lead generation and market research ability
Basic understanding of finance, investing, or fintech is a plus
Proficient in MS Office or similar; familiarity with CRM/sales tools is an advantage
Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or related field (preferred)
Self-motivated, detail-oriented, comfortable in a fast-paced setting
