The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving the company's key performance indicators by delivering an exceptional in-store experience. In order to do this, the candidate will build and train an effective team, and effectively incorporate business trends and customer feedback into the training of employees.

Responsibilities

- Manning of shift crew
n
- Follow up pending work of previous shift
n
- Ensure no any leakages like water, Air, steam ,oil if found take immediate action to rectification
n
- Assist head utility for various jobs as required time to time FOR Utility area.
n
- Control coal unburnt at boiler and watch water parameter ,knowledge of water chemistry regarding
n
- DM plant/Boiler/CT/drinking
n
- Routine monitoring of Compressor, Chiller, Hot water areas, Cooling Tower pumps ,
n
- Boilers, coal plant, trench & TCU's etc.
n
- Mention all shift activity in log book clearly
n
- Shift end report to seniors
n

Safety & house keeping

- Insuring safe work at work place every time
n
- Compliance of safety audit finding
n




- Ensure positive housekeeping as per given responsibility in the KRA
n

Principal Responsibility-

- Predictive Maintenance and pro-active maintenance in shift activity.

- Implementation and monitoring of Preventive Maintenance, Planned Maintenance,

- Satisfying Internal and External Customers.

- Avoid process scrap due to Utility reasons.
n

ASSET CARE

- Implementation of all Energy and water conservation Programs in shift.
n
- Review of Break Downs with corrective actions in shift.
n
- Review of Equipment Status with Performance and History in shift
n
- Maintaining of all Utility Services in shift
n

- Implementation of quality system (QMS)
