About the Role

n

We are looking for a highly motivated Data Analyst / Data Scientist to join our team and help solve complex business challenges using data-driven insights. This role blends analytics, business intelligence, and advanced data science, giving you the opportunity to drive insights at every level - from operational reporting to predictive modeling. The ideal candidate is someone who enjoys working end-to-end with data: extracting, transforming, and analyzing large datasets, designing intuitive dashboards, generating actionable insights for business stakeholders, and building scalable machine learning models to improve decision-making.

Key Responsibilities

n

Data Analysis & Business Intelligence

n

n
- Conduct comprehensive data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities within financial datasets
n
- Generate actionable business insights to support strategic decision-making across product, risk, and operations teams
n
- Perform statistical analysis and hypothesis testing to validate business assumptions
n
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and financial metrics
n

Reporting & Visualization

n

n
- Design and develop interactive Tableau dashboards and reports for various stakeholders
n




- Create automated reporting solutions to track business performance and operational metrics
n
- Present complex data findings to both technical and non-technical audiences
n
- Maintain and optimize existing reporting infrastructure
n

n

Machine Learning & Predictive Analytics

n

n
- Design, develop, and implement end-to-end machine learning models for various fintech applications (fraud detection, credit scoring, customer segmentation, risk assessment)
n
- Perform feature engineering, model selection, and hyperparameter tuning
n
- Deploy models into production environments and monitor model performance
n
- Collaborate with engineering teams to integrate ML solutions into existing systems
n

What We're Looking For

n

Must-Have:

n

n
- 2–4+ years of experience in business analytics / data science or a related role.
n
- Strong SQL skills for querying large-scale datasets.
n
- Proficiency in Python for data analysis and ML modeling.
n
- Hands-on experience with Tableau (or similar BI tools) for reporting/dashboarding.
n
- Solid understanding of statistics, data visualization best practices, and hypothesis testing.
n
- Experience with ML libraries/frameworks (e.g., scikit-learn, XGBoost, TensorFlow, PyTorch).
n
- Excellent communication skills to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
n
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
n

Nice-to-Have:

- Experience working with cloud data platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure).

- Exposure to MLOps / model deployment pipelines.

- Background in fintech, credit risk,



or lending analytics.

- Knowledge of version control (Git), CI/CD, and modern data workflows.
