Job Overview: /n We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Medical Coding Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years of experience in medical coding with expertise in Anesthesia, ENM, Surgery, and Pain Management specialties. The candidate should possess strong knowledge of CPT, ICD-10, and HCPCS coding guidelines, be CPC certified, and have hands-on experience with ECW and CT.

The role requires excellent analytical skills, quality-focused coding practices, and the ability to ensure accurate and compliant coding in accordance with industry standards and client requirements. /n Key Responsibilities: /n /n

- Review and analyze medical records to assign accurate CPT, ICD-10-CM, and HCPCS codes.

/n

- Perform coding for Anesthesia, ENM, Surgery, and Pain Management specialties while ensuring compliance with coding guidelines.

/n

- Maintain coding accuracy and productivity targets as defined by the organization and clients.

/n

- Identify documentation gaps and communicate with relevant stakeholders for clarification when required.

/n

- Manage coding-related denials by identifying root causes, ensuring appropriate corrective actions, and supporting timely claim resolution to maximize reimbursement.

/n

- Ensure adherence to payer-specific guidelines and regulatory requirements.

/n

- Conduct coding quality checks and participate in internal audits as needed.

/n

- Utilize ECW and CT platforms effectively for coding and documentation review.

/n

- Stay updated on coding changes,



industry regulations, and compliance requirements.

- Collaborate with quality, operations, and client teams to resolve coding-related queries.

/n

- Maintain confidentiality and security of patient health information in accordance with HIPAA and organizational policies.

/n /n Experience: /n /n

- Minimum 2+ years of experience in Medical Coding.

/n

- Experience in Anesthesia, ENM, Surgery, and Pain Management specialties is mandatory.

/n /n Knowledge: /n /n

- Strong understanding of Human Anatomy, Physiology, and Medical Terminology.

/n

- Thorough knowledge of CPT, ICD-10-CM, and HCPCS coding systems.

/n

- Familiarity with payer guidelines and healthcare compliance standards.

/n

- Working knowledge of ECW and CT platforms.

/n /n Skills: /n /n

- CPC Certification is mandatory.

/n

- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.

- Strong attention to detail and commitment to coding accuracy.

- Effective written and verbal communication skills.
