NRole Overview:

NWe are looking for a creative and experienced Manager / Senior Manager – Design to lead and execute high-quality visual communication across digital and marketing platforms. The ideal candidate should possess strong expertise in both Graphic Design and Motion Graphics, along with the ability to mentor junior designers, review creative deliverables, and contribute to long-term visual and brand strategies.

NThis role requires a combination of hands-on design execution, creative leadership, and strategic thinking to ensure all visual assets align with brand guidelines and business objectives.

NKey Responsibilities:

- Lead the conceptualization and execution of creative design projects across branding, marketing, social media,



digital campaigns, and corporate communications.

- Create high-quality graphic designs, motion graphics, animations, and video content that effectively communicate brand messaging.

- Establish and maintain visual design standards, ensuring consistency across all touchpoints.
N
- Mentor and guide juniordesigners by providing regular feedback, coaching, and development support.
N
- Review and approve creative deliverables to ensure quality, accuracy, and adherence to brand guidelines.

- Drive innovation by introducing new design trends, techniques, and creative approaches.
N
- Contribute to long-termbrand, visual identity, and creative strategy development.

- Manage multiple projects simultaneously while ensuring timely delivery and high-quality output.

- Support resource planning, workload allocation, and team performance management.

nQualifications:

N

n
- Bachelor's degreein Design, Visual Communication, Fine Arts, Multimedia, or a related discipline.
N
- 5–7 years of experiencein Graphic Design, Motion Graphics, and Creative Design.
N
- Strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in branding, visual design, animation, and video production.
N
- Proven experience leading or mentoring design teams.

- Excellent understandingof typography, layout, color theory, storytelling, and visual communication
N
- Skills: Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, After effect, Adobe Premier, 3D.
N
- Solid stakeholder management, communication, and presentation skills.
