nProgenesis Fertility Center is one of India's leading fertility and IVF providers, committed to delivering world-class reproductive healthcare. We are looking for an experienced Manager – Licensing & Compliance to ensure our centres operate in full compliance with all statutory and regulatory requirements while supporting our continued expansion.

n

nKey Responsibilities

nManage procurement, renewal, and maintenance of all statutory licenses and registrations.

n

nEnsure compliance with ART, PCPNDT, Drug License, Clinical Establishment, Biomedical Waste, Fire NOC, and other applicable healthcare regulations.

n

nCoordinate with government authorities and regulatory bodies for approvals, inspections, and audits.

n

nMaintain complete and accurate compliance documentation across all centres.

n

nPrepare compliance reports, dashboards, and audit documentation for management.

n

nMonitor regulatory updates and implement compliance changes across the organization.

n

nSupport new centre launches by obtaining all necessary statutory approvals.

n

nConduct internal compliance reviews and coordinate NABH/JCI and other accreditation audits.





n

nTrain and guide operational teams on compliance policies and regulatory requirements.

n

nCollaborate with Operations, Legal, HR, Finance, and Clinical teams to ensure regulatory excellence.

n

nCandidate Profile

nBachelor's degree in Commerce, Business Administration, or a related discipline.

n

n12–18 years of experience in Licensing, Compliance, Hospital Administration, or Regulatory Affairs.

n

nStrong knowledge of healthcare regulations including ART, PCPNDT, Drug License, NABH, and other statutory requirements.

n

nExcellent documentation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

n

nExperience working with multi-location healthcare organizations will be an added advantage.

n

nProficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
