n We’re looking for a passionate and enthusiastic Kitchen Intern to join our culinary team at Belle Patisserie.

n What You’ll Do
n
n Assist chefs with mise-en-place and food preparation
n Support daily kitchen and catering production
n Learn professional cooking techniques, recipes and kitchen systems
n Assist with events and live counters when required
n Maintain high standards of hygiene and food safety
n Participate in current dish and recipe trials
n
n Who We’re Looking For
n
n Culinary Arts / Hotel Management students or recent graduates
n Passionate about food and eager to learn
n Hardworking, disciplined and comfortable in a fast-paced kitchen
n Positive attitude and strong team player
n
n Hands-on exposure across catering, events, production and menu development.
