- Handle Clients’ calls – Service related + Installation Calls + Software Update
- Report every ticket in Help Desk Portal
- Coordinate with internal team such as Mumbai / Jaipur Team / Developer Team/ Hardware Team/ AMC Team/ Purchase Team
- Provide service report to AMC Team
- Provide License to the customer as per the report shared by AMC team
- Coordination with IT Developer Team for any software bug or issue related to software
- Coordination with Production/Hardware Team for any Hardware related Issue

Basic Knowledge of MySQL

Hardware Knowledge

Proper Communication Skill

Basic Documentation Knowledge

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
