nPosition Overview:

nWe are seeking an IT Infrastructure Engineer-II to manage and optimize our hybrid IT ecosystem. This role focuses on maintaining the stability, security, and performance of

nour on-premises and cloud-based infrastructure, ensuring reliable operations across our network and server environments.

n Key Responsibilities

n

nEnd-User Support (60% of work):

n

n
- Provide advanced technical support to end-users for hardware, software, and peripheral issues.
n
- Act as the primary escalation point for complexend-user problems to ensure timely resolution.
n
- Manage endpoint configurations, software deployments, and security compliance on end-user devices.
n

n

nServer & Cloud Administration:

n

n
- Manage AWS cloud environments, includingEC2 compute instances and S3 storage solutions.
n
- Manage on-premises WindowsServer environments, ActiveDirectory/ Domain Services, and virtualization platforms (VMware/Hyper-V).
n
- Execute patch management processes for systemsand endpoints using Microsoft Defender and ManageEngine Desktop Central.
n
- Manage data protection and disaster recoverystrategies using Veeam Backup & Replication.
n
- Administer the ManageEngine suite (Site24x7, NetFlowAnalyzer) for system monitoring and traffic analysis.
n

nNetwork Administration:

n

n
- Manage enterprise networking using Cisco Meraki dashboard.
n
- Configure and maintainswitches, VLANs, and security policiesto ensure network connectivity and performance.
n

n

nGeneral IT Operations:

n

n
- Support Microsoft 365, Exchange, Intune, and Defender administration.
n
- Provide technical supportand escalation management for complex infrastructure incidents.
n
- Perform infrastructure healthchecks, performance tuning,and security hardening tasks.
n

n

nRequired Skills & Qualifications:

n

n

n
- Bachelor's degreein IT, Computer Science, or related field.
n
- 10+ years of experience in IT infrastructure architecture and operations.
n
- Cloud & Servers: Solid experience with AWS (EC2, S3), WindowsServer, Active Directory, and VM solutions.
n
- Patch Management: Hands-on experience with patchmanagement using Microsoft Defender and ManageEngine Desktop Central.
n
- Networking: Experience managingCisco Meraki (Switching, VLAN configuration).
n
- Tools: Proficiency in Veeam Backup and ManageEngine (Site24x7, NetFlow Analyzer).
n
- Knowledge of enterprise security (ISO 27001) and IT service management (ITSM).
n

nPreferred Qualifications:

n

n

n
- Certifications: AWS Solutions Architect, VCP, CCNA/CCNP (Merakifocus), ITIL.
n
- Experience with automation/scripting (PowerShell) for infrastructure tasks.
