Role Description The Human Resources Intern will support the HR team in daily operations in a full-time, on-site role based in Pune District.

Responsibilities include assisting with recruitment activities such as posting job openings, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and maintaining candidate databases. The intern will help in onboarding processes, maintaining employee records,



and supporting HR documentation and policy implementation. Additional tasks may include coordinating employee engagement activities, assisting with benefits-related queries, and preparing basic HR reports and presentations.
