Connvertex is looking for a HR Executive to join our growing team in Noida. This is a night shift, work-from-office opportunity for an HR professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys hands-on recruitment.

Key Responsibilities

Manage end-to-end recruitment for technical and business roles, including US IT staffing requirements.

Handle onboarding, employee lifecycle management, and day-to-day HR operations.

Manage India HRMS, attendance, leave management, payroll coordination, and employee records.

Ensure compliance with Indian labour laws, statutory requirements, company policies, and HR documentation.

Drive employee engagement, employee recognition programs, retention initiatives, and workplace culture.

Support performance management, learning & development, and people-focused initiatives.

Partner with hiring managers and leadership to support business growth and build a high-performance organization.

What We’re Looking For

3-5 years of HR experience with strong hands-on recruitment expertise.

Solid experience in India HRMS, payroll,



statutory compliance, labour laws, HR policies, and HR operations.

Proven ability to drive employee engagement, recognition, and retention initiatives.

Experience in IT hiring; exposure to US Staffing recruitment will be a strong advantage.

Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills.

Ability to manage multiple priorities in a agile environment.

Willingness to work night shifts from our Noida office.
