NThe Senior Lead - Security Command Centre is responsible for managing and overseeing the day-to-day operations of the Security Operations Centre (SOC), while driving the implementation of processes, customer expectation;

aligned with information security standards. The role requires a proactive approach in delivering technical security services, ensuring operational resilience, system reliability, and continuous improvement of security technologies across the organization.

NRole and Responsibilities:

NCommand Centre Operations

N

n
- Lead and supervise 24x7 Security Command Centre operations across assigned locations.
N
- Ensure continuous monitoring and operational effectiveness of electronic security systems and integrated platforms.
N

nTechnical Collaboration & Stakeholder Management

N

n
- Collaborate closely with Projects (ICT), Corporate Technology, Networking, Engineering, and Business Intelligence teams on technical security initiatives.
N
- Coordinate with vendors, territory physical security leads, and building teams for issue resolution and operational support.
N
- Lead discussions with members (customers) related to security systems, custom security projects, and audits in coordination with Sales and Account Management teams.

nSecurity Systems &Technology; Management

N

n
- Support implementation of recent security technologies, integrations, and automation initiatives.
N
- Ensure operational health, uptime, preventive maintenance, and lifecycle management of security systems.
N
- Oversee repair and maintenance programs for electronic security systems.
N
- Conduct business continuity and disaster recovery (DR)



testing for security systems and associated infrastructure.

nCompliance, Risk &Governance;

N

- Support ISO 27001and organizational risk management initiatives within the security function.
N
- Ensure adherence to security standards, operational procedures, and audit requirements.
N
- Drive governance and compliance related to electronic security systems and command centre operations.
N

nReporting & Leadership Engagement

N

n
- Prepare and present operational updates, technical insights, and risk assessments to leadership teams.
N
- Maintain reporting dashboards, operational metrics, and analytics related to security systems and command centre performance.
N

nExperience & Desired Qualifications:

N

n
- 8–10 years of experience in security systems and security operations, with a minimum of 4 years in a corporate environment.
N
- Programming and commissioning of security systems.
N
- Experience in repair and maintenance programs for security systems.
N
- Strong experience in electronic surveillance systems including CCTV, Access Control, Biometrics, Intrusion Detection Systems
N
- Experience implementingISO 27001 or similar information security standards within the security function.
N
- Understanding of core networking concepts including IP addressing, MAC addressing, Network communication basics
N




- Understanding of software development and deployment lifecycle including, Basic coding principles, Databases, Test vs Production environments
N
- Experience working withCRM software, helpdesk applications, and Business Intelligence tools.
N
- Basic proficiency in Google Workspace applications.
N
- Experience as a technical expert in customer-facing environments.
N
- Experience working withLenelS2, Feenics, Panasonic Video Insight (VI), Luxriot VMS.
N
- Experience in EDGE analytics and IOT security devices.
N
- Experience with Salesforce, Freshservice, Tableau.
N
- Experience with device endpoint security implementation.
