nWeare looking for an Engineering Manager to join our technology team. You would lead a high-performance engineering team to develop the next generation financial platform & application in payments.

NWhat You will do

- Lead a high-performanceengineering team to develop the next generation financial platform & application in payments.

- Collaborate with the product and business team to understand the requirements,



and build product execution and delivery roadmap

- Champion best design, development and code quality practices in the engineering team

- Hire a quality team to deliver a world-class product.

- Setup and improve processes to increase the effectiveness and efficiency of the team.

- Build, coach and mentora high performing team.

nWhat You will need

- 9+ years of experience in software development & a good understanding of modern programming languages and cloud environments
N
- A minimum of 3 years ofexperience in managing high performance teams.
N
- Proven track record of delivering high performance and scalable platforms in a fast-paced agile setting
N
- Good leadership and communication skills
N
- Strong problem-solving skills & attention to detail
