Telepie.com is growing, and we're looking for ambitious sales professionals who want to take ownership, work directly with the Founder, and help build our enterprise sales function.

Location: Delhi NCR | In office

Industry: CPaaS / Business Messaging / SaaS

Business Development Manager – Enterprise Sales

Experience: 2–5 Years

Fixed Salary: ₹4–6 Lakh per annum + Performance-Based Incentives

Business Development Executive – Enterprise Sales

Experience: 1–3 Years

Fixed Salary: ₹3–4 Lakh per annum + Performance-Based Incentives

What you'll do
Identify and acquire new enterprise customers
Drive the complete sales cycle from prospecting to closure
Build relationships with CXOs, Founders, IT, Marketing & Business Heads
Understand customer requirements and position customized CPaaS solutions
Build and manage the sales pipeline
Work closely with our technology team to create customized solutions
Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities

We're looking for:
Strong B2B / Enterprise Sales experience




Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
Robust negotiation and closing abilities
Consultative selling mindset
Experience in CPaaS, WhatsApp Business API, SMS, RCS, Voice, APIs or SaaS is a robust advantage
Someone who is comfortable taking ownership and working in a fast-growing startup environment
