We’re Hiring: Embedded Hardware & Firmware Engineer

Validyne Robotics Pvt. Ltd. is looking for an engineer with 3–4 years of hands-on experience in embedded hardware and firmware development for robotics, motion-control, motor-drive, or industrial systems.

Key Responsibilities
Schematic design and 4-layer / 6-layer PCB design
PCB development for motion-control, motor-drive and robotic systems
Component selection and circuit design
Power-supply, protection and interface design
STM32 firmware development in Embedded C
Development using ADC, PWM, timers, DMA, SPI, I²C, UART and CAN/CAN-FD
Sensor, encoder and motor-control interface development
PCB bring-up, debugging and validation
Hardware/firmware integration
EMC/EMI, ESD, grounding, thermal and reliability considerations
Generate complete PCB fabrication and assembly packages
Gerber/ODB++, drill, stack-up and fabrication files
Generate and maintain BOM, CPL/Pick-and-Place, and manufacturing documentation
Coordinate directly with PCB fabrication and assembly vendors
Resolve fabrication, component availability, and manufacturing issues
Support product validation and certification activities

Required Experience
3–4 years of practical embedded hardware/firmware experience
Solid experience with STM32 and Embedded C




Hands-on experience designing 6-layer PCBs
Valuable understanding of analog, digital, and power electronics
Experience taking a PCB from schematic → layout → fabrication → assembly → bring-up
Comfortable using oscilloscopes, logic analyzers, multimeters, and other debugging equipment
Understanding of production-grade and certification-oriented hardware design

Preferred Experience
BLDC motor-control electronics
Power electronics and motor drives
Robotics or industrial automation
Previous involvement with EMC/safety certification
Experience working directly with PCB manufacturers and EMS vendors

We are specifically looking for someone who approaches engineering with curiosity, ownership and practical intuition — not someone who simply executes schematics or firmware based on instructions. Experience: 3–4 years

Work Mode: Remote initially

CTC: Up to ₹6 LPA, depending on technical capability and experience
