nOpportunity seeking for German MNC

NWe are seeking a skilled Revit Engineer with strong expertise in BIM modeling, CAD conversion, and MEP services. The ideal candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality 3D/2D models, coordinating architectural, structural, and MEP facilities, and ensuring project accuracy through clash detection and quality checks.

NKey Responsibilities

- Develop and manage 3D/2D CAD models using Autodesk Revit (MEP, Architecture, Structure).
N
- Perform SCAN to BIM conversions from point cloud data and prepare As-Built CAD services.
N
- Model HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and mechanical equipment layouts.
N
- Coordinate architectural and structural facilities with MEP services.
N
- Conduct clash detectionand model reviews using Navisworks Manage.
N
- Prepare general layouts, demolition plans,



and GIS feature extraction.
N
- Ensure quality control of CAD/Revit files and deliverables.
N
- Collaborate with project teams and lead small groups for CAD/BIM projects.
N

nRequired Skills

- Proficiency in Autodesk Revit (MEP, Architecture, Structure).

- Strong knowledge of AutoCAD Architecture, Inventor, Plant 3D.

- Experience in Navisworks Manage for clash detection and model review.
N
- Hands-on experience in industrial factories, automotive, manufacturing, and chemical projects.
N
- Ability to work on brownfield and greenfield projects.
N
- Strong project management, team collaboration, and communication skills.

- BE/Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.

- 3–6 years of relevant experience in Revit/BIM modeling.

- Exposure to industrial,commercial, and residential projects preferred.
