Full Stack Windows Application Developer:

Bachelor's degree in software engineering or Computer Science. Minimum 5+ years of skilled software development experience. Fluent in English (written and spoken). Strong experience in C++ for native Windows development. Solid knowledge of Win32 API and MFC.

Experience using Microsoft Visual Studio and MSBuild.

Experience in maintaining and enhancing existing/legacy Windows applications. Understanding of hardware‐interfacing or system‐level software. Solid problem‐solving and debugging skills. Valuable communication, reporting, and time‐management skills.

Preferred

Skills/Knowledge/Abilities: Experience using TDD (Test‐Driven Development) methodologies. Experience with Azure DevOps tools. Experience with databases or structured data storage. A customer‐oriented approach with knowledge of UX/UI principles. Experience upgrading applications to support newer Windows or Microsoft Visual Studio versions. Solid customer‐focused mindset with attention to usability.
